Security Instructions / Guidelines for the Public

To avoid unnecessary pressure, the public is requested to arrive early at the Festival grounds.

Drivers are requested to park their vehicles in the parking lots on the approaches to the Old City.

A vehicle parked illegally will be towed to the City Marketplace parking lot on Herzl Street behind the Egged Bus Station.

Entrance to the Festival Gardens only with a ticket or ID badge.

A child must have a ticket.

Entrance to the halls starts 15 minutes before showtime. Each performance begins exactly at the hour published.

Doors will be closed five minutes after the time printed on the ticket. No refunds for latecomers.

Entrance with weapons, animals, or bottled drinks is strictly forbidden.

Please follow the instructions of the ushers and security guards.

In case of a suspicious object or irregular incident, please report to the security guards or phone the Emergency Station 100

Entrance to the Festival Gardens requires a thorough security inspection that takes time. Your patience is important.
