The Olive Harvest
Twenty-four hours in the lives of three women living in a house emptied of its menfolk, planted in the midst of ancient olive groves. The father of the family died in mysterious circumstances. The son has disappeared. Vestiges of the masculine memory are etched in the three women’s imaginations. Grandmother Najiba yearns for a male infant, the mother Nuhad is waiting for her son Amal to return, and her daughter Noor finds escape in her imagination.
