He: The newspapers.
She: Sometimes I skim through…
He: The newspaper?
She: My memory.
An appliance store. A young woman with a video cassette stuck in a VCR meets a young man with a malfunctioning stage light that won’t stop shining even when unplugged.
He’s an esoteric theatre director, she’s unable to weep. Together they set off on a surrealistic urban journey, trying to experience even one moment of emotion.
